For Business Owners
Business Owner Series is a quarterly event created specifically for business owners who want to:
- Learn with and from a community of peers
- Explore a focused topic that matters to the future of their business
- Leave with clarity and a concrete plan they can act on in the next 90 days
Each event in the series has a unique theme (for example: succession planning, strategic focus, leadership, or owner role clarity), but the experience is intentionally designed to be:
- Practical – grounded in real business challenges and decisions
- Interactive – with time to discuss, reflect, and apply concepts to your business
- Peer-driven – learn from other business owners who are walking a similar path
No prior experience with Aileron or professional management is required.
